Behind Hitch is an experienced executive chef who has spent years working at a high level within the food industry.
His background includes private dining for high-profile clients, working within established professional kitchens, and collaborating behind the scenes with respected chefs and hospitality teams. By choice, he keeps a low profile, preferring to let the food speak for itself.
That experience shows in the details - timing, balance, consistency, and food that feels both familiar and special.

Wherever possible, we source local, free-range, and responsibly produced ingredients, working with trusted suppliers who share our standards.

Our menus are shaped by what’s in season, allowing ingredients to speak for themselves. From slow-fermented doughs made in-house to sauces, stocks, and gravies prepared from scratch, we take care over the details that make food taste right.
